Fairy Leaves

Ive been watching John Lockwood using the Izink sprays to make leaves more realistic and thought up this design

I wanted to keep it simple to show of the leaves that I layered under the simply fairy topper and under the second circle

Im really pleased on the effect it and wanted to keep the autumnal colour pallet.

Wishful Thinking

After a bit of a break im back at crafting, ive started with a very simply design using my John Next Door stamps and a Katy Sue sentiment stamp. The only die I used on this card is the presscut squares

I used two colours of archival ink to create this, black and London fog to give this design some depth

Ive used Johns butterfly and flower stamps from his first John Next Door collection

Pretty in Pink

Another simple design with a die cut twist.

This is a Honeydoo stamp that I have used on a few birthday cards, I love that you can use it simply and layer it up as well as add colour.

Its a kind of quadruple stamping, I started on the base layer and then raised the next layer, but lowered the third layer and raised the fourth layer.

I coloured it in using my graphmasters ink pens and added a matching mat and layered base

Into the Woods

This design is for the blog challenge on Moving along with the tmes.... Into the woods

I thought this was the perfect time to try out my new Lisa Horton Stamps and graphmster pens.

I simply laid the design out on a large acrylic block and stamped in one go and then coloured the images in.

Bouquet of Double Roses

For this design I made lots of double roses in various sizes using Blush foundation card, the centre are gold sprinkles cosmic shimmer glue. I mounted this over the ray of light die.

To finish the bouquet off i used spiral and heart spray cut out of some waste pixie powdered paper.

I mounted this onto  pearlised white and platinum layers.

He's got wings ....

Happy Birthday Blade..... now you have wings xx

For this one i used the Curly Butterfly stamp and sentiment from Woodware.

I stamped the Butterfly in watering can archival ink, but stamped the sentiment in black archival.

I coloured the butterfly using my alcohol markers and mounted it on a piece of blue card from my stash, then another matt and layer of blue and slate grey.

Good old Pixie powders

This has to be one of my favourite products, you discover new combinations everytime and no two prints are the same.

For this i have used the Nobel rectangles collection, the pansies and laurel leaves.

Simply white and iris foundation card to set this one off
